Upper management The district manager was very rude and he came into our home and pretty much degrated me ( the wife). Making us feel like we would not be able to sign another lease after 4 1/2 years. So we moved. We really liked it there too. The neighbors were very nice and enjoyable to talk to. Erica was a great manager. She will be missed

Great Place to Live Quiet, peaceful, great neighbors, comfortable and well built, thoughtful homes. It was everything my family needed for 4 years!

I really loved living at The Redwood in Pataskala, Ohio.

Spacious Condo Like Living I loved the apartment, it was spacious with lots of storage and a 2 car attached garage. Where I lived I had a small patio that overlooked the pond with a fountain. Only negative was no upgrades ever done to the apartment while I lived there. I was there for 6 years and would have stayed but life happens and you need to adjust. Would recommend Redwood Living.

My husband and I lived there for almost two years before moving to Florida and loved it! Location is perfect and management is easy to work with and very helpful. No issues with getting our deposit back. Recommend :)
