WoodRidge Apartments and Townhomes

This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would.. I lived here for a year and a half and my apartment was full of MOLD! It ruined all of my personal belongings. We told management about it 3 times and then finally they had some people come out and look at it and they said we had the worst apartment they've looked at in a very long time. They "fixed" the wall in the bedroom, and by fixed I mean they cut part of the wall out and patched it back up. The real... kicker is that they put the moldy wall trim back on the wall after they "fixed" it. They also didn't put the heater back in the wall fully.. We talked to the owner and she said we could pay half rent. We weren't living there for an entire month because they took 3 weeks to fix it. Then, they took a week to come back out to put the trim back on. The mold got in our bed, our clothes, and it grew on all of our furniture. I had to throw almost every thing I owned away when I moved out. The mold then spread to the kitchen and grew inside of all of the cupboards. Worse place on earth I regret coming here no one cares bout other people. Please don’t come here it’s not good for kids or even couples it’s not good to raise a family or kids please don’t come here if I could go back in time an not move here I would now we need to save to get out of this messed up place

The manager is very very rude, the police are called out there at least once a week. Kids are loud running up and down the stairs. I called the office in regards to tenants not picking up after their log. I gave the office the dog breed, description and the building number that the tenant went into. All it takes is a little detective work from the office to determine the identity of the tenant. The Office Manager's response was "if you don't know the name or their exact apartment number, I can't... help you". Lee mas

This management has gradually gone downhill over the past 3-4 years. They care less and less for the appearance and take no pride in the pool. It’s filthy, and rarely filtered. They hold the pool over their tenants heads like it’s some bargaining chip, when in fact, it was a listed amenity when we signed our lease. For example, it’s the 4th of July.....90 degrees, sunny.....and yep, pool is closed. There’s no basketball court/tennis court. No playground. Do your research....and avoid this place... if possible! Really nice apartment with washer and dryer in your apartment what I don't like there no patio or balcony.
