I have had so many issues with this apartment complex! After talking to other neighbors they have as well. We have a squirrel problem that they haven’t gotten under control. Consistent water leaks in my apartment alone. I’ve also talked to other neighbors who have had similar issues. The rent keeps going up with minimal changes. In the summer coming home from being at work all day I would have bees in my apartment. The first few months of living here I had fly issues and killed multiple flies a... day. The AES bill during the winter is sky high because of the air coming through the sliding door windows, main door and windows! I suggest prepare to put plastic around them!! A neighbor even had a squirrel in their apartment! I wish more people would not move here OR at least ask someone about their experience living here. I have videos AND pictures of EVERYTHING. If I could get out of my lease I would. PLEASE, if you move here make sure you get renters insurance!!! The only pros about living here is the rent isn’t a terrible price but it will go up every year that you are here! Maintenance is helpful with most issues. Washer and dryer hook up is convenient and only pay rent and electric bill everything else is included in rent. Most days it is a quiet area considering the demographic of people who live here. I strongly suggest if you have to move here make it a short term living arrangement. People are constantly moving out and it’s a reason! These apartments have a lot of potential but need serious renovations outside of carpet and paint! When you do your first walk through check every inch! If the ceilings are super patchy it’s a huge indicator that it’s been some sort of water leaks or damage that they’ve “attempted to repair” HUGE red flag! I only gave it 3 stars because it could be worse but it could also be so much better! Everyone’s experience will be different here so take it or leave it BUT if you move here you’ll have either a rodent issue, water issue, bug issue, or even an AES with how high that will be! At first glance the apartments are beautiful BUT if there is anything wrong in your apartment it will not get fixed for months or in my case over a year. I wish I would have moved when my lease was up. Supposedly the office is open 9-5 but nobody answers the phone or calls back. I currently have spiders, bees, ants coming in and out because the windows do not shut all the way and the screens are broken in all the windows.?? Again maintainance will do nothing.

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE! THEY LET ANYONE LIVE THERE!!! Some QUESTIONABLE residents as well as families of 5 or more adults plus their kids in 1 and 2 bedroom apartments! Maintenance does nothing but give excuses no job is ever complete and there is black mold in these apartments. Management is clueless because they change the girls in the office every few months. The pool may open for a few days then they will give an excuse later why it is closed for the season. The work out room is old and... the equipment is not properly functioning. I'm convinced the good reviews were submitted by the company. Lee mas

Moved in October, Maria the property mgr very friendly courteous and professional. The maintenance workers are friendly and helpful. They always wave when out on the property. High visibility in the community and very helpful. They work diligently to keep the common areas clean. Definitely found a HOME!
