Unacceptable Conditions
Inspected the building/apartment and the conditions were horrible. The building itself seems to have not been cleaned for a very long time. The apartment was not cleaned after previous tenant moved out, and many of the appliances and structures (floors, cupboards, doorframes, windows/window sills, closet shelves/doors, walls) were either filthy, damaged, or both. The walls were not repainted after previous tenant moved out, and while new carpet had been claimed to be placed into the suite, the... padding was old/had not been changed, plus there were holes and cracks within the foundation hidden under the carpeting. Unacceptable and will be further discussing this with the property manager.

We're disappointed to hear that you are dissatisfied with our apartment. We're surprised to hear that the apartment was filthy, as it had been completely cleaned out and the the carpet (including padding) was replaced. We strive to clean and... maintain all our units in a manner that we'd like to live in. If you felt the need to pull up the brand new carpets to inspect the new padding and foundation, it sounds like there are some misunderstandings about what we provide. We'd appreciate the opportunity to talk to you so we can work this out.
