I’m so glad to have found Sandhurst Apartments. The apartments are beautifully updated. Any issues maintenance is quick to help resolve! Property manager is phenomenal! Any questions, concerns, she is more than willing to help! The location is great! Close to shopping, food, entertainment, and close to the interstate! Feel safe at this location! Glad to call home!

We LOVE living at Sandhurst. It is close to everything in the North part of town and easy to get on the interstate.
The staff at Sandhurst is the absolute best. Tiffany is super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She is quick to respond to any needs and address any issues we have.
They keep the outside looking fresh and the are quick to address any needs in the community. We truly enjoy our quite community.

My apartment is filled with black mold. All the rooms and the closets are also filled with mold. I have complained several times and the property manager keeps putting the blame on us.

Renewed my lease for a third year of living here. Units are cozy yet good sized for the price and any maintenance issues are dealt with in a very timely manner. Tiffany has been extremely wonderful and helpful with the lease renewal process.
