After living here more than a year, I can still say I love it. It does help to be friends with all of my roommates too. I am very glad that it came furnished!

f you live here you will charged for every single thing possible once you try to move out. I was charged for a chair that the managers intentionally hid the damage by putting a cover over it before I moved in. Upon move out, me and all my roommates were charged $75 and the manager is extremely uncooperative and rude. Also $25 charge if you don’t turn in a plastic bracelet that they don’t tell you is needed to be turned in upon move out. Only good part about this place was the maintenance guys... they were great.

My stay here was great! I had a few roommate disagreements, but the office was always super helpful. Phoebe was usually the one I went to for help, and the leasing agents were always friendly. Plus, the pool in the summer was a perfect way to unwind. It's definitely the cheapest but nicest place to live when you're getting your life together!

This apartment complex is an absolute nightmare when it comes to safety and communication. After someone shot a bullet through our door, we were left terrified and deeply disappointed with how management handled the situation. When they finally came to fix the door, they claimed they had to special order it. The replacement door didn’t even come with a peephole, and we had to wait several more days before they added one.
Throughout this frightening time, the communication from management was... terrible. Emails sent out prior to the incident mentioned that walk-in inspections would take place, but this never happened. No inspection was conducted in our unit, or apparently in the apartment across the hall, where dangerous and unauthorized guests were staying. If inspections had been done as promised, they could have taken action to prevent the situation from escalating to this point. Their failure to fulfill their responsibilities directly put me in harm’s way.
Living here has done nothing but increase my anxiety. If something happens to you, you’re entirely on your own. Management’s response to trauma or safety concerns is essentially, “Too bad, we’re sorry, but you’re stuck.” They won’t even reference specific lease terms that justify keeping you here against your will. It feels like they exploit the fact that many tenants are college students, taking advantage of inexperience to trap us in unsafe and exploitative living conditions.
This is not a safe environment. Move here at your own risk, if you value your safety and peace of mind, look elsewhere.

We understand how distressing this situation was and want to reiterate that we took it seriously from the start. The incident was isolated and involved an unauthorized guest from another unit. We worked closely with law enforcement, ensured that... individual was removed, and made all necessary repairs — including replacing the front door, adding a peephole, and replacing the damaged barstools. While we understand your desire to terminate the lease, there was no lease violation that warranted release. We strive to maintain a safe environment for all residents and responded as quickly as possible given the circumstances. We remain committed to the safety and well-being of our community.
