Montara Park

I chose to move in here because of the amenities (in unit laundry, gym) and the location (right next to two nice parks and close to the university) and it’s honestly a very nice apartment complex. I really appreciate the gym in particular, it’s big with lots of machines and is nice and clean. My only complaints are that they’re hiking the rent a bit with each year and that the maintenance (especially of gym equipment and the filters in the water fountain) could be a bit faster.

I love this new place. I love how having a nice kitchen as well as a nice living room.
The place is spacious, clean and it is easy to decorate. It feels really homey.

The improvements to the property are pretty good. Love the Amazon lockers and the upgrades.

Shayla who works there is the best and is always so so helpful, I have zero complaints

Please don’t let these positive reviews fool you. This place is poorly managed and you will be left with fees even if you clean perfectly during move out. Go elsewhere!
