Bad Management
I thought this place would become better with the new management but honestly the old management and maintenance were way better. I was told there was 24/7 emergency maintenance and that was a lie because I was stuck in a 85 degree apartment for 4 days. The front office also never answer the phones. The maintenance has gone down hill and so has the property. The utility prices have also gone up by a lot. They also just let trash pile up at the compactor making it smell. Also, the crime rate is... high here because they will never shut the gate, so expect your cars to get broken into.
Also just called because there are ants everywhere in my room and my roommates, so bad that they have been found in my bed and the office told me “ we can’t do anything for a week, you can go buy stuff yourself tho” that’s not my job.
