The Aberdeen

everything breaks down. Electricity, heat, plumbing. I'm currently writing this review as my toilet is flooding sewage water because someone in the complex flushed baby wipes

We have been living here for about two years and it used to be great but recently since it was purchased the company has been super slow on dealing with problems and multiple times we have been given the wrong information or lied to by the property manager, one good example is she did not answer a question we had about rent until after the late fee period and when asked about this later denied even taking a late payment from us.

This is my third time living at the Aberdeen. Pam the Property Manager makes you feel like your the only tenant that lives here. She is always courteous, answers any questions, is prompt by notifying us of any maintenance and property concerns, she is by far the best property manager I've had the pleasure working with. Maintenance is prompt as well and are always reachable for any after hours situations. I love living back at the Aberdeen,!!

This community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like home from day one. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of natural light and historic touches.

What truly sets Aberdeen apart, though, is the incredible staff—especially Pam, the property manager. Pam is an absolute gem! She goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of. Pam brings a level of care and professionalism that is rare to find. It’s clear... she genuinely cares about the community and puts her heart into everything she does.

I can’t recommend this place enough—if you’re looking for a welcoming, well-managed community in the heart of Downtown Oklahoma City, this is it! Lee mas

The new management is so much better! Pam is always so helpful and so sweet! Maintenance is also on top of any maintenance needs.
