Bristol Park Apartments

i lived here for three years with multiple black mold issues that were never properly fixed and it has affected my health, after trying to end my lease because of this i had to fight tooth and nail to even be able to leave these apartments due to the terrible attitude of the general manager rosa.

To start off I like that I can pay rent and utilities all in one. Where I live it's fairly quiet and no one really bothers anyone. So it's really not that bad but there are some things that are pretty annoying. If you want to use the laundry you have to pay for a key that's $10 plus they have a gym but you have to have a separate key for that and it's also $10. The work that is done to these apartments is very minimal and patchy. Not really any lighting. The pool is supposed to open at 10am and... I've been there at 1 and it's still locked so I have to call and have someone come and unlock it. The outlets spark almost every time you plug something in. I probably could go on and on honestly. First off, the office staff here is amazing. They really care about their residents and do their best, but... the complex itself could really use some help.

Be prepared for mold. Maintenance does their best to fix everything but a lot of it is just quick slap fixes like caulking cracks and spraying kiltz over visible mold. There is very little lighting in these apartments, so it’s always dim. The insulation around the doors and windows needs an update - you can feel the drafts. Also, the walls... around the windows (and everywhere else tbh) are so patched over that hanging curtains will just fall down - best to use thumbtacks.

The neighborhood is questionable. There are gunshots fired in or around the complex at least twice a month. Cars have been broken into and/or vandalized several times during my lease here. They have outside security though, so that’s a plus.

Overall, not a horrible apartment complex but it could use some help. Lee mas

I was here for 4 months and when I was there I was assaulted by a lady 3 times my size. 1 out of 4 apartments have bed bugs in them. And car break ins every night

The ladies at the office are helpful and nice, there was an issue with a child while I was in there making a payment, they took care of it respectfully. I like living here because of the location and the price.
