I moved into East End Village because I loved the location and design—but unfortunately, the maintenance and “management” experience has been subpar to say the least, especially around my AC.
Over the past few weeks, my HVAC system has failed multiple times, often running for hours without cooling the space or blowing air at all. I’ve submitted several maintenance requests, followed all instructions, reset the system repeatedly, and even had a part replaced. Still—the issue persists.
The most... disappointing part has been the lack of real accountability. Despite documented failures (photos, videos, timestamps), I was told I would not be given a rent credit or the option to transfer. Management has responded—but mostly with deflections and vague promises. Meanwhile, I’ve spent nights sweating in a loft unit during Oklahoma heat with no real long term resolution.
The maintenance technician himself told me the system is frozen, leaking, and may need to be replaced. Yet I’ve had to do all the legwork to get that information documented and taken seriously.
If you’re considering living here, know this: the unit is pretty, but the follow-through is poor.
I’ve had to advocate hard for myself—and I strongly recommend keeping written records of everything, asking for confirmation in writing, and standing your ground if your home becomes unlivable.
I’m still waiting on a permanent fix. I’m sharing this in hopes that “management” improves communication and other residents don’t have to go through the same thing.

Low Quality, Bad Management
Do not waste your time and money with this location. My roof leaked for 6 months and was never successfully fixed when I lived there. The leaks occurred in several places throughout the apartment, but mostly in the living room. The leak began due to their ineptitude during reconstruction of the rooftop patio (which took 2 months longer than planned and began each morning at 6:30am, super noisy, you can hear every footstep and word spoken upstairs). They never apologized for the leak, but instead... tried to gaslight us. We would often find roof debris scattered throughout our apartment. Dog hair was PAINTED into the walls, large chunks of it. They refused to clean it for us or even acknowledge that it was an issue, instead gave us two mr. clean sponges and told us it was cosmetic so they wouldn't do anything about it. The floorboards were about an inch off the ground, which is normal if apartments want to put carpet in. They never did, and instead there was just years of dust, debris (like construction debris, wood shavings, and nails/screws), and more dog hair. Maintenance began caulking the gaps because it was disgusting, but then the owner started complaining that they were spending too much money on our unit and they stopped, saying it was, again, a cosmetic issue. The maintenance staff admitted that certain ledges in the apartment, only accessible via ladder, hadn't been cleaned in years. And then when we moved out they had the audacity to charge us $110 dollars to clean the place? What a joke. The fire alarms were so far up that you couldnt replace the batteries yourself, so if they needed new ones on the weekends or at night you're out of luck, even though the beeping is super loud and can be heard several units down. Good luck sleeping during that! Some of the units have gorgeous skyline views, but many don't have windows at all? The attached parking lot is a wreck and the location isn't great, I had a homeless guy chase me around the apartment building once. The last apartment manager didn't even last a year, she was visibly unhappy and difficult to work with, but I can't even blame her. Overall, don't fall for their sleek branding and don't give these people your money.

I love the place
Antonio is the best manager! Very friendly, in everything and it is a lovely place has everything nearby and the place is very clean, with a view that I love ?? and it is very safe is a very nice place to live !!

Love this place! Definitely the best place to live downtown!
This has been the quickest and most stress-free move-in experience I've ever had. Antonio, the property manager, is very professional and he was very diligent in overseeing this process and completing tasks in a timely manner. He is amazing and will take care of you! East End Village Apartments is the best place to live downtown, and I couldn't be happier with where I am! The location is ideal for a night-life since it's close to all the great places like the Guthrie Green, and Blue Dome... District, but it's private and quiet enough to enjoy a night on the rooftop with close friends. I definitely recommend living here. You will not regret it!

Best Location In Blue Dome!
I have been living at East End Village for over a year now. I couldn't ask for a better place to live. First, the property is walking distance to EVERYTHING that the Blue Dome District has to offer.... all of the fun shops, restaurants/bars, and Driller's Stadium! I am able to lay in my bed and watch the Driller's fireworks. I was worried about living in a Downtown setting, but now I don't want to be anywhere else. I cannot speak more highly of the Property Manager, Caleb, as he has always been... readily available to help me with any request or concern. This is a great place to live and it comes highly, highly recommended.
