Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Violations of house rules may result in a $250 fine. Please note that pets and animals, including service animals, are NOT permitted in the basement units. Dogs are welcome with a fee of $75 per week per pet (capped at $225 per month). Other pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms, and guests are asked to bring their own bedding.
