Plumtree Apartments

Excellent management and maintenance. Clean and safe. These new buildings have excellent insulation - low heating bills and NO noise from other tenants can be heard. Many available "guest" parking spots which is not the case in many other apartment complexes. Small swimming pool is good for children. The Fitness Center is tiny but you can't have everything. Join the YMCA. It's just a mile away. If you work in Corvallis, this apartment complex is close to Route 34 so you do NOT have to... commute on the dreaded Route 20. Lee mas

Do not move here!! This place can not keep a manager to save their lives!! The one there now is the worst!!! The rent always goes up and you get nothing more for what you pay!! You would think if they want to keep people they would not keep raising it. They try to give an excuse that the properties around is what they base it off of. I know for a fact that properties in the surrounding area are not any where near this expensive!! Stuff is falling apart and they do not upkeep the property for... what we pay. Lee mas

I moved into this place in the beginning. I was given the wrong apartment and had to do the initial cleaning of my place. What I was told when I put down my deposit and when I signed my actual lease on fees was totally different. You have to pay to use what they call the clubhouse which will hold about 5-10 people. You have to pay to have the carpets cleaned when you move. The damage that was caused to my apartment by moving in the appliances has never been repaired. I was told there was... free internet service in all apartments. The" business office" is a computer stuck on a stand in the club house. The pool is only big enough for about 10 people and you have to sign in and out like a child. This is an improvement because you use to have to wear a bracelet and check in and out at the office. There are weekly checks and if you even leave a pop bottle on your deck you are wrote up. Unfortunately they do not care about the treatment of their current loyal tenants because they know they can always rent the apartment. Lee mas

Very smooth process, apartments are beautiful, and Management has been more than helpful!

I moved in to this place when they first opened and absolutely love it. The staff is so helpful with everything I have needed and the apartments are so beautiful! I love that my two dogs are welcome all over the property and dog biscuits are handed out by staff :)
