Alder Ridge

I’ve lived at Alder Ridge for a bit now, and it’s honestly been such a great experience. The new owners have clearly put a lot of money and effort into updating the place, everything feels fresh and modern. My apartment look amazing with nice flooring, stainless steel appliances, and just a really clean, comfortable vibe overall.

The location is also a huge plus. You’re super close to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and even trails for when you want to get outside. It’s the perfect balance... between being close to downtown Beaverton but still feeling quiet and residential.

Parking’s easy, it’s pet-friendly, and maintenance has been quick to respond whenever I’ve needed something.

Overall, Alder Ridge has been phenomenal to live in. You can tell the new management actually cares about keeping things nice and making it a great place to live. I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a comfortable, clean apartment close to everything.

Since the new owners took over, you can really see how much time and money they’ve invested into improving the property. The place looks amazing! Everything feels cleaner, more modern, and well taken care of. It’s such a comfortable place to live, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything you need. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.
