Josh to the Rescue! You don’t realize how much you use your microwave until it stops working! I submitted a maintenance request and Josh and Lauren responded right away. They ordered a matching replacement, reminded me there was one available in the community room, and installed the new one as soon as it arrived. The support from the Westline staff is always top-notch. Thanks, team!

Great staff; clean, calm building We’ve lived here almost four months and are really enjoying it. Lauren and Josh anre always friendly and helpful, on top of any issues like the downtown electrical outage. Lauren and other staff plan great events. Josh (and others, I’m sure) keeps the place clean, well organized, and running smoothly. (He replaced our out-of-reach fire alarm batteries immediately.) I really appreciate their friendly hellos. The whole setup makes us feel like we’re living in a... lovely, little community. I’ve never had this experience in an apartment building. Thanks all for the great work and thoughtfulness!
