I move into my apartment 3 years ago, the owner has kept my rent low even during our housing issues here in Bend. I believe that when you keep the rents a bit lower, the tenants seem to care more about the property. I took photos when I moved In too, I've spent my own money improving the yard and fixing thing. If it's something you can do on your own , it also helps keep rental cost down. I'm a happy tenant her=, but would love to move closer in town. The rents are way to high now. Greedy... people are buying up real estate and charging a fortune. Family's are needing roomates just to pay these high costs. Sad really, we have had a lot of family's displaced and homeless because of this greed, I'm a single mother and also have a roomate , I work 3 jobs and can still hardly pay my rent. Lee mas
