Prospect renters please to read this
This place has gone downhill. I’m seeing people break the rules; like having trash outside and parking a storage container long term (see photos) OR U-haul truck parked overnight, blocking entrances and staff being okay with it.
BUT if people park in guest parking or on fire lanes for 15 minutes, they get towed. Parking is limited to one car per apartment. People park across the street and get towed by the owner. Some people park across the Fairview library, 1/2 mile away.
Although, I’ve been... told by staff that up to 8 adults can live in one unit..
The units range from 1-3 bedroom. That’s 8 adults in a 3 bedroom.
There is dog poop everywhere.
There’s lots of loud music and it’s “lively” on the weekends. If you like peace and quiet, this isn’t the place.
The lease is typically 12 months and available units are reasonable priced. However, they will increase to your base rent, even if you renew. Similar available units for new residents are cheaper. The water and trash is divided by all units. Every month since we have moved in, the water and sewer has increased. We are 2 adults and 1 child. We started at $70 month and now $139 for water and sewer. It must be all the sketchy residents that live here unannounced.
Bottom line, I’m not renewing. I’d rather go to another apartment that gives one free month of rent and take my chances.

Staff was working diligently on resolving the storage unit being stored on the property. The occupancy limits are set by the U.S Fire Code. The City of Fairview recently increased the water utility rates which was not something that management had... any influence over. Regarding the noise, renewal rates and property cleanliness please reach out to us so we can improve our services. Thank you for sharing your experience we always strive to exceed expectations & we regret that it was not your experience thus far.
