The owner of this place is quite ignorant and illogical
We have an excellent rental history, more than enough income and excellent credit. We called to find out about a unit they have available. We have an African gray parrot that weighs less than 1.5lb, talks in human voice once in a blue moon (he's a closet talker). We were rejected due to the owner's ignorance and faulty logic - birds make noises. That's quite interesting since dogs and cats are acceptable but a parrot is not. So, according to the owner's logic, cats and dogs don't make noise?!... Not to mention, that dogs and cats could destroy the place by urinating on a carpet. Anyway, I am glad the owner rejected us as I have a short patience for ignorance and stupidity.
Renters beware, if an owner is ignorant about such a minute thing, I cannot image the owner being logical about much larger things such as necessary repairs.

Sapphire apartments
It's a nice big place. A bit spendy. We currently pay $80 for utilities which is frustrating since it's an open dumpster that is always full and random people come to throw in their furniture and garbage. Nice big kitchen though. But spendy for how many sq feet we have.
