Hillside Terrace Apartments

Lived here over 3 years. Units are infested with mice, rats, mold, and fleas. Apartments are slopped towards the stairwells. Water is shared between all units and laundry rarely any water pressure. Water smells and taste nasty. The water and sewer bill is pro rated between all 18 units and laundry and is a extremely high bill. Could rarely find a parking spot. Most parking spots were taken by guests or non working vehicles being stored. A lot of substance abuse throughout the units. Police there... at least once to twice a week. These units are not worth the money or time.

My roommate and I moved into these apartments because we were 18, and this was the first place to accept us. At first, we liked the open floor plan, but matnience was horrible. It took 4 months to get the knob to our biggest stove top burner. We’re about to move out, and we have yet to have screens when we were told “they’ve already been ordered” when we moved in. The deal breaker was all the mold. Winter months came and there was horrible mold and we reported it and cleaned it yet no fixes were... made. We are about to break the lease due to the mold and still the windows aren’t fixed. . . Don’t move here Lee mas
