Love The Gossamer!

I've been living here over a year now and just went through the transfer process - going from a 1 to 2 bedroom. Thank you Danielle, Carlos and Michael for making the transition so seamless and exciting. The team was so supportive through every step and the new place was in absolute perfect condition at the time of my move in - everything was spotless and freshly painted. I love the sense of community I feel at The Gossamer and how friendly all the staff and residents are. Couldn't be happier.... Thank you!

Happy with The Gossamer

I’ve been in The Gossamer for 4.5 months now, and am very comfortable. My studio is very cute with a great view, and has wonderful appliances. Gas stoves are a must for me in any apt, and I love mine here. Danielle, Carlos and the rest of the team are great and easy to work with.

Wonderful Property Located in The Pearl

I was given a tour of The Gossamer by the lovely Danielle and couldn't be more impressed. It's clear management stays on top of keeping the building clean, which seems daunting considering the number of amenities and communal spaces within the building. Highly recommend not only touring the building but reaching out to Danielle.

All moved in!

Danielle’s tour was great! Even though she is brand new to the company, she was very knowledgeable and didn’t leave me with any lingering questions. The Gossamer is a very unique gem for Portland. Countless amenities, clean, beautiful, and every unit I viewed had a unique Portland view no matter which floor it was on.
