The Kenton neighborhood is vibrant and upcoming a very walkable neighborhood This particular apartment building is historic yet quirky. Under newer management the units are being updated with all electric unfortunately they're taking away the charm . With newer appliances and granite countertops they have maximize space by using the Swedish IKEA sinks and washbasins which are truly functionable for every day living yet with their small footprint they lack overflow drains and little elbow... room and no medicine chest The kitchen area has very little storage and not all units have an exhaust vent for the stove an oven, and the closets you can barely get a hanger to fit the closet rod.
