I visited the Milano Apartments and hand out an application with a $45 cheque and made it very clear to the manager not to run it till I tell her as I was seeing other apartments. She still ran it although I left her a message on her phone the same day not to do so.
Poor Listening. I am in request of my $45.

I have lived here a year and now have watched the Coast mgmt. team and mgr. Jamie (sp?) follow through with new AC in the hallways and the building is very clean now. You can see all around that the little things do matter and they are being taking care. I would recommend this property for a renter as future is bright in a new and exciting area of Portland.

The open floor plan makes 450sq ft feel adequate. The studio has Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, wood floor and large floor to ceiling window. Having a washer/dryer in unit makes life so much easier. This is an ideal place for someone without a car. The garage has a wait list for one of the 12 parking spaces and comes at a ridiculously high priced $160/mo. Finding street parking is near impossible during any event at the Moda Center or Convention Center which are both next... door. Currently the units have a great big sky view with downtown skyline in the distance but Marriott hotel is being built soon across the street that will change the view to a view of someone's hotel room window. Nice easy walk across the bridge to downtown and Max lines run across the street. Lots of homeless people around and even have tents set up. Apartment manager is pretty cool and maintenance request was addressed and handled quickly. Lee mas

Location is great if you don't drive. little to no street parking, you will need a floor model a/c in the summer which you can rent from the mgmt. for $25 a month
