Modera Woodstock

I just recently moved into Modera Woodstock and I am blown away at the quality of this apartment building. Quiera help me to quickly secure the coolest apartment I have ever had in my life. She made the process very easy, quick, answered all my questions and was very responsive to all my emails. The maintenance staff has been great as well, I got to meet them on move in day.
The neighborhood is the best in town you can't beat the selection of food and shopping within three blocks. I'm so... excited to call Modera Woodstock my home Lee mas

I moved into Modera Woodstock August 2025 and can only say positive things. Application and MoveIn Experiences was seemless, very courteous and the team was amazing and very patient (we had to do everything virtually), special thanks to Jess and Quiera!

I moved to this apartment building almost six months ago and I am so glad I did. The building is secure, modern, cleaned daily by staff, well maintained, and is within walking distance of public transportation, shops, a grocery store, and restaurants. Fellow residents are friendly and there are social activities to attend. The staff are always helpful and attentive if there is ever a concern or even just to say hi. I absolutely love living at Modera Woodstock! From day one, the team has been amazing — Quiera helped make my application and move-in process seamless, and both Junior and Jair have been friendly, and proactive. Jessica, the Community Manager, clearly leads with heart — the whole team radiates warmth and joy.

Every detail here makes it feel like home. The signature scent that greets me in the lobby instantly helps me unwind, the rooftop lounge with multiple fire pits is my favorite evening... spot, and the dog spa is perfect for my pup. The package room gives me peace of mind for bigger deliveries, and I’ll admit I was skeptical about valet trash at first, but it’s turned out to be one of my favorite conveniences.

The apartment itself is quiet and peaceful — I never hear my neighbors or hallway noise — and every little design touch makes it feel like a resort. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to call Modera Woodstock home! Lee mas
