ReNew Rock Creek Townhomes

Mostly it has been a good experience. I’ve been here for three years. The first property manager was great. But there were many changes and several other property managers were terrible. I moved from one unit to another. The first unit was turned over fabulously when we first moved in. The second one was garbage but it was a hassle and there was no communication. I reported everything but nothing got fixed. I have stayed here until I was given a renewal offer with a rent increase and found... something larger for cheaper elsewhere. Our last couple of property managers seem decent. We keep to ourselves . The neighborhood is nice. The neighbors are nice enough. Overall I have enjoyed living here with some hiccups that seemed to have been remedied by staffing changes. Lee mas

Good people and staff! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my move in process because it was all done online before I even moved in!

Rented site unseen, & was completely nervous despite the research I did on this area. Moved from a state over, so the move was long, exhausting & slow due to weather & a flat tire. Arrived to our new home, & cannot express our gratitude for it being clean, cozy, & move-in ready. Management and maintenance have been incredibly helpful & welcoming. Neighbors are quiet & keep to themselves mostly, while the mature landscaping dampens any obtuse noises from roads nearby, creating a peaceful haven... for introverts. There are playgrounds on site, and many close by for small children, plenty of room for walking pets, & a community that feels safe enough to walk around even at night. I’m deeply impressed so far by my new home, & this neighborhood. Lee mas

When I lease an apartment that's advertised as a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath. I expect it to have 2.5 bathrooms. Not three .5 baths and a janky tub. The place smelled like something died under the floor, and the management office has trouble doing even the simplest of task. Like giving me mailbox key, to my mailbox. Zero stars. Will not be staying past my lease. Will actively encourage everyone not to rent from this property.

Although Apt was not 100% ready for move in the customer service and response has been great! I appreciate the quick turn around in getting everything ready.
