¡Me encanta vivir aquí! La administración es excelente, la ubicación es inmejorable y el apartamento es muy seguro. Hay muchísimos restaurantes increíbles en el vecindario. Los vecinos son muy amables.

Excelente ubicación y buena administración de la propiedad.
¡Me encanta vivir en Sellwood! La administración de la propiedad responde muy rápido y todos los trabajos de mantenimiento se realizan de forma eficiente. He disfrutado mucho viviendo en este edificio.

Me encanta vivir aquí. La ubicación es excelente, con New Seasons al lado y la 11.ª Avenida a solo dos minutos a pie. El apartamento es pequeño, pero el espacio está bien distribuido y es totalmente aprovechable, así que nunca se siente agobiante. Los acabados son estupendos y la aplicación es muy fácil de usar para pagar el alquiler y el mantenimiento. Lo único que se podría mejorar es que el correo se mezcla entre los dos edificios y a menudo lo dejan en la puerta equivocada, pero como los... vecinos son muy amables, me avisan cuando tengo que ir a recoger mi paquete. ¡Estoy muy contenta de vivir aquí y de haber elegido este apartamento después de visitar unos 15 lugares diferentes en Sellwood!
