I applied for one of these apartments recently the screening company that did my screening sent back lack of rental history. My landlord has been on vacation and no one answered the phone, otherwise I have an excellent rental history. Number two if you want to rent one of these apartments be prepared to pay first and last month's rent and potentially half a month's rent for security deposit totaling over $4, 000.00 move in.
