I'm always plesased with maintenence services at The Beverly. Jim and Tyler are prompt in responding, they are considerate and have the "know how" to fix, restore and as necessary, to replace the "parts" that residents need to be comfortable and safe in our homes.

heater and air con Jim and Tyler are staying on it. Not simple fix. I'herm confident they will solve the probem of overheating when thermostat is set at a low temperature.
Similarly, my dishwasher has black mold again. Not sure why, Jim is exploring options.

Thank you Lynn (Mary), we appreciate your review! As you know, they have resolved the heating/cooling unit issue with a replacement PTAC unit so you can set everything at a comfortable temperature. I am happy to report that the dishwasher issue has... been solved with the extra moisture left after the cycle is run. Thank you for giving the amazing maintenance team 5-stars! We love having you as part of our community!
