Woodridge

This place is absolutely disgusting! It seems that a good majority of the occupants don't care about their garbage and it just gets tossed down. The office staff do not seem to care that guests don't have places to park and that a few times I have visited I have caught people parking spot blocking-Multiple cars. Like parking spot puzzles. There are too many people living here so guests do t have a place to park. The staff have watched it and let it happen. I wouldn't trust anyone working... here to run this place properly. I ha e thiught about moving here, but after.visiting my friend this is a huge no-go. I think the owners need to get involved to see how inept the staff are. Lee mas

The city of Tualatin is a great place to live. Movie theaters and upscale malls, and hiking trails and parks all in a day. I've lived at Woodridge Apartments for more than 4 years and Woodridge is a friendly family place with rolling sidewalks and green spaces. The best part is all the bottom floor apartments are open and accessible. I can use my wheel chair to visit my Nieghbors and pets are welcome. There are doggie stations at every green space. Great place to live.

My first apartment home nestled in Northwest Tualatin is Woodridge Apartment Homes. Tualatin "City of Trees" home of the annual Crawfish Festival and Pumpkin Reggatta, sits Woodridge Apartments wiith it's beautifully landscaped property, caring staff, added together with light and bright spacious 1,2, and 3, bedroom apartments, a pool, spa, and a fitness center all packed within sidewalks and a white picket fence, Wooodridge Apartments is a great place to call home. *pets welcome

not good This is a government subsidized complex. There are rules bu the are not enforced so there is a lt of chaos.

Great staff. People and pet friendly. Maintained landscape and buildings.
