Manager is quite rude! I’d recommend living here if you love passive aggressiveness! <3

This place is an absolutely awful experience, between the crack heads in the unit 6 doors down the hallway screaming and throwing things at you, the manager was an absolute nightmare. Never following up in half if not most of the issues we and other tenants discussed with her.The issues in the home were never taken care of, peeling paint in the bathroom, walls counter tops and floors filthy when we moved in. Then when we moved out, they gouged us and retained most of our deposit for "Excessive... cleaning fees" for "Removal of smells." First things first, this apartment was sparkling when we left, we spent hours cleaning just to make sure that this would not happen. But here we are. We took photos of every CLEAN square inch of this unit. The property owners are about as reachable as the peaks of the himalayas for a one legged man, it's absolutely ridiculous. We will be following up with the better business bureau as well as posting this on every review site we can. Do not be fooled, between the paper thin floors, the sneaking water and sewer into the bill, which by the way is a mandatory 60 to 80 charge every month, regardless of use, as well as the myriad of other issues that haunt this property, this was by far one of the worst living experiences of my life. We have not even moved in; however, I could not ask for a more welcoming, professional, friendly atmosphere. As of January 2020, a new on site manager who truly cares about the tenant experience!
