Don’t waste your money
Facilities are not kept up. Appliances are old and the apartments rarely get maintenance such as air filter changes. Not enough parking and every other week a new handicap spot appears taking up more. Grass/landscaping isn’t maintained. Overpriced for what the quality is. Could look somewhere else for better quality. And many of the neighbors are nosey and want to always be in others business.

Please be aware that Water Gap Village staff is proactive concerning HVAC filters. Each resident, per the lease agreement, is responsible for maintaining the HVAC... system which includes changing the HVAC filter. However, as a courtesy, Water Gap Village does change out filters twice per year to ensure the system is properly maintained. Water Gap Village grounds are maintained and contracted by a third party. Lawns are mowed on a weekly basis, weather permitting. A resident is welcomed to email with items that they feel need attention. The property has a 24-hour emergency maintenance department. Water Gap Village tries to accommodate a resident that has a legal, motor vehicle issued, handicap placard. There are in excess of 300 parking spots for our 100 unit property.
Our business depends on our residents but are always looking at ways to improve.
