Nice property, but disappointing management response
The property itself is well-kept and in a good location, but my experience with management has been disappointing. When a recurring issue arose that impacted my health, it was not properly addressed despite multiple requests. Management was not willing to schedule a certified HVAC contractor until after I switched to a month-to-month lease, which made me feel that my concerns were not prioritized.
While some attempts were made, there was little follow-through and no effort to explore further... solutions when the problem persisted. Overall, this left me feeling that tenant well-being is not taken as seriously as it should be.
