I would not even give a rating for this place due to poor management and they don’t even fix nothing and you would have to withhold the rent in order to get anything properly fixed for example if your sink/toilet backs up etc. or fix it yourself and send them the bill with the difference of the rent owed. Or they say that your behind when knowing you’re not and they got a check for ewrap program and try to say to you that you still owe them a balance of which you have documentation stating... otherwise . Whenever it was called Midland Heights, the management was OK not the greatest but somewhat able to fix things. although the maintenance wasn’t the greatest, there was one person there that was able to make sure that things were fixed right and unfortunately, they no longer there. I remember living up there once when I was a kid and when my grandmother was a lot and everything was run properly for the most part, but since then it has went completely downhill. Poor management, they have no respect for their tenants or their homes and they like to lie too and this is to say the very least and politely. Do not rep them. They are very highly priced and you will not get your moneys worth and the neighborhood is not what it used to be 20+ years ago. It is sad. Lee mas
