I lived here for a year. The only good thing about this apartment was the location. Within a month of moving in, we noticed a strange “move-in fee” charge on our account for $250. They removed the fee when we confronted them, but how many tenants have fallen for that and paid it anyway??
The building was infested with flies, with there often being over 50 small flies in the unit at all times. Nothing we did got rid of them. The dishwasher broke about 2 months before we moved out, and the... responsibility of getting it fixed was put on us. It never got fixed because the repair people could only come when I was working.
The worst part was that the bedroom lacked any vents at all. For some reason, there were none installed. It got extremely hot in the summer, and very cold in the winter. This building claims to have AC/central air, but that is FALSE if the bedroom does not have any access to it.
