313 Race

My stay here was incredible! It is a studio with a murphy bed so it was perfect for my stay alone. There are high ceilings and a large balcony so it felt roomy. There is a small gym in the basement that has a decent selection. There is also a rooftop on the top floor as well.
It is located in old city, which has been so convenient to live in.
A local church nearby rings it's church bells every 30 min from 8AM-8PM, I personally loved it, but if that would bother you keep that in mind.

I had a great experience renting a furnished apartment for six months with the 313 Race team. Communication was clear from the beginning and the team cares about giving their tenants a good experience. The apartment is clean and modern with great light. It was stocked with basic amenities, which was very helpful. I was surprised by how soundproof it is given a location near the bridge. It's very quiet in the unit! There's a small gym and a rooftop with incredible city views for tenants to enjoy.... The neighborhood is very walkable and there are public transportation lines nearby. I recommend renting here. Found this gem after weeks of searching for a fully furnished clean modern studio for my daughter who had a summer internship in Philly. Safe neighborhood in Old City. Close to dining options. Walkable to historic sites. All around wonderful. Great landlord. Highly recommend.

I lived at 313 Race Street for several months and loved it! Great location, walkable to everything, tons of natural light, beautiful rooftop, quiet and friendly neighbors. The landlord is extremely responsive and helpful, they have the common areas cleaned very frequently. If I was moving back to Philadelphia, this is where I would live!
