Jessup House

Great experience with move in and living! Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and apartment amenities are well maintained.

Jessup House is an amazing community that offers the perfect balance between work and play. The different coworking spaces within the apartment complex make it easy to WFH. The amenities are top notch, our apartment is beautiful, and it’s located in a safe area with many different things to do!

Since moving into Jessup House I have been welcomed with open arms. It definitely feels like an actual community unlike many other apartment buildings I've lived in in the past. The leasing office is readily accessible which makes all the difference knowing that if there is any question or concern they are right there to help. The overall amenities and ambiance of the building is beautiful and well-kept. I am a nurse and also a nurse practitioner student at Jefferson Hospital, so having the... confidence of knowing that everything is secure back at home at Jessup makes all the difference and makes my chaotic schedule easier. I'll start with the good: The staff here are all so friendly and helpful. The building is brand new, so amenities like the gym are great. Outside sound insulation is pretty good, but you do love next door to the helo pad, and you will hear it, but it's tolerable. The location is the best part. You're in the heart of the city and can easily walk or take public transportation to literally anywhere. Food and shopping are steps away.

Now, the bad: The prices!! For what they’re charging, finishes... are cheap - (flooring feels like a plastic layer was taped to the concrete), can't use parking because they're charging over $600 for the garage when you're already paying over 2 grand for a studio apartment, you also can't really use workspaces because they have zero soundproofing, the trash chutes don't work right half the time, the dog park is next to the pool, so it always smells like dog pee if you want to lounge out there, plus people use the dog wash area and leave dog hair all over it, and when you walk outside the dumpsters are always blocking the sidewalks and trash is all over the place next to the garage.
