Heritage Park Apartments

I moved here in 2021. The complex is very quiet, hidden from the streets, and spacious. Maintenance issues are always taken care of promptly; call the onsite office for a faster turnaround. The property manager Barry is amazing. The only issue I’ve had is with the complex being surrounded by the woods, you will have LOTS of spiders and an occasional centipede. The only thing missing is a gate, but it checks all the boxes. As long as you have respectful neighbors, you will enjoy your time here.

I moved in heritage park apartments last year. I’m very happy here. The grounds are very well kept. Maintenance is awesome they are there when I need them. I used to live at foster apartments before here. I had to go on disability and my income went down. I got lucky and got a apt here. I’m very happy here

I love the trees which surround the property and wild life. The property is well kept inside and outside. If there is a problem in my apartment, the resident manager is there within hours to address the issue. There is a clubhouse is available to all tenants to celebrate any occasion. I love the fact that it is within walking distance of the public swimming pool.
