Low end unsafe and dirty at high prices

Dirty common areas. Filthy gym. Broken equipment. Filthy pool used by ANYBODY within 5 miles ( no safe gates). Pool always filled with children from people that do not reside in the complex. Noisy. Expensive. Phase II pays for amenities that Phase I used without any care on the part of management. Numerous people cramming themselves and their noisy children in one apartment. Low end apartment environment. Used up, ugly looking finishes ( you pay as if they were updated). Crime. Unsafe gates.... Everybody can come in . No lock in the gym. People using the gym as a kid playground. Please avoid.

We are fully staffed and doing all that we can to make sure our Community is in pristine condition and... that we are providing top customer service to our residents and guests. If you see that residents are misusing our amenities we ask for your to report this to our onsite team or Courtesy Officer as it is happening so we can address. All of our amenities are on controlled access. Without a FOB you are not able to enter. We offer two different phases, built in different times, offering different finishes that everyone would love. Please feel free to sit down with our onsite team if you need us to address your concerns any further. We would be happy to help you.

Stay Away

My daughter moved in a couple of months ago and she has not had a good experience. They have a required trash service fee of $35 each month, and they are supposed to pick-up trash that is placed at the doors. When we moved her in, there were multiple of bags of trash at each of the doors on her floor and it smelled horrible. She has had nothing but trouble with the trash service and even when letting the office know about her concerns, they do not respond. It is disgusting and so unsanitary.... I wish she had never moved in here and will be glad when the lease is up and we can find her a better place to live. KEEP AWAY from this complex!

Not what it seems...

When I first moved here with my family I was really excited. They have a well kept year round pool, well kept club house, and a weight room. Although... a month went by and we still don’t have a code for the gate till this day, the gate is broken and been broken for a month, one of the gates to the pool is broken, they have an unkept outdoor fireplace that look absolutely disgusting, and appliances in are apartment are either need of fixing or will break soon Bc it’s not that great. Don’t move... here because you don’t want a community with workers that can’t fix anything in a fast timely manner, and maintenance walk into apartments without knowing because they have keys to everywhere. I have experienced it first hand. Everything has been going down hill ever since and the office “NEVER” do they job.

Increase pest control frequency

Just under a month after moving in I began to notice large roaches in the bathroom at night. Management is aware and I am on a wait list for pest control but they didn’t know when they were coming. I have set traps, closed off vents and closed drains at night but I still saw two baby roaches last night. It’s terrifying to be startled like that when going to the bathroom half a sleep. I keep up with cleaning and vacuuming daily, and keep a little light on around the apartment to ward them off so... let’s see if it helps until pest control arrives.

I love it but....

I have been living at the Enclave since Febuary, and I love it. It's a peaceful place, and the people are friendly. My only gripes are the fact that the gates are open for months at a time, plus the neighboring complex has a hot tub, pool table and we don't. Both complexes are owned by the same company. Therefore, we should share amenities. As I digress, it is a great place to stay. It's perfect for people who love privacy, and scenery.
