Not a luxury apartment
This is an honest review. The hallways smell awful. There is definitely a mold problem from leaks. Hallways are dirty, and smell like trash from people putting their trash out all weekend when there is no pick up. They don’t get fined. Always alcohol cans and cigarettes thrown around property.   Christmas trees have set out back along with junk for almost a year. Paid for pest control every month, to have roaches. German roaches not just palmetto bugs. The parking is awful. If you don’t arrive...	 home before 6 you will not found a parking spot. The garage is awful, and alway filled.  The situation will only get worst with the building of new units facing Maybank. Grills don’t work, pool is always dirty. Many loud neighbors playing music  late into the night.
