I have been without AC for nearly a month. Every time I go to the office its been excuses as to why they have not fixed it yet. They do not answer phone calls or emails. I don't recommend. Take your business elsewhere

I'm really excited to move in. I'm looking forward to making it feel like home. It's a bummer the
apartment wasn't ready the day of move in because it wasn't cleaned yet.

So far so good. Very strong cigarette smoke in office and apartments. Hopefully some open windows and spray can help. I love the tall ceilings.

Staff was very friendly and patient!!! Had assistance immediately she needed help or had questions. Office staff made move in process smooth and understanding!!!!

I really enjoy the neighborhood vibe and courtesy I have experienced with the office staff and maintenance staff. My dog gets so excited when he sees “Mr. Chuck”, our head of maintenance, who is always so kind and goes above and beyond. It feels like a community who genuinely cares about each other , a refreshing contrast to complexes I’ve previously lived at in the Charleston area.
