Grandview at Lake Murray Apartamentos

I have only lived here for a short amount of time and for the first half of my time I had no complaints. But now since the new property management has taken over there has been ZERO communication. Pool was closed most of the summer and don’t know how to up keep it. The community shared dumpster is ridiculous when it gets overfilled! They are the worst to rent from. I can go on and on but frankly I don’t want to waste my breathe and time! DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Nice, got a pretty sick balcony, the rug makes it have a cozy feel inside as well, nice layout, at least of the 1 bedrooms

We enjoy living at The Grandview at Lake Murray. The apartments are comfortable, and we always feel safe walking our dog around the community. The proximity to the lake is a wonderful bonus that adds to the overall charm of the location.

The apartments are very quiet and safe. Over all it’s a not a bad experience but I do believe there is a mold problem that needs to be addressed.

If anyone feels that they miss a previous home, this home will bring joy, care, and security to their heart. It is a home, not just an apartment, away from any home.
