Waters Edge at Harbison Apartamentos

This has been the worst apartment experience ever for me. Ive been here 7 months and have had nothing but trouble with my unit. The unit smells every time the air conditioner starts, the hot water didn’t work in the kitchen for about 3 months, two major leaks for units above that lead to property damage, my bathroom sink smells every time you turn on the water, I’m still finding pet hair from the previous tenants, did have hot water in the master bathroom for more than 5 minutes for the first 6... months(finally got a new water heater). Stray cats around the breezeway because someone keeps leaving cat food cans out. Kids banging on my door and running, I had to put up a cameras. My neighbors are awful to say the least, can’t type all that drama. The front office and maintenance does try to fix the issues, it’s just been too many in a short period of time! Lee mas

Wonderful experience after almost 2 years. It's a quiet neighborhood, a great, friendly staff. Well maintained. We love the neighbors Love that community events have begun, to get to know the neighbors more.

A few maintenance hiccups in the beginning, but overall, all is well. I love the neighborhood and the surrounding attraction is a plus. Everything is in a 1 to 2-minute drive.

So far I've really enjoyed my time here. I wish the apartments were a little cheaper and that they were painted with higher quality paint, but overall, I like it here.

there is better management then before. it’s very family friendly and pet friendly as well. There is no sounds of yelling or negative energy at all.
