Traditions at Fort Mill - Seniors 55+ Apartamentos

My mother-in-law moved up from Florida and I can say we found the perfect apartment at Traditions! The apartment is clean, inviting and so attractive. The Traditions estate is manicured and lovely landscaping. So many conveniences and amenities included. Best of all, good neighbors and staff! Thanks for making Traditions special - Lia, Betty Jo, Valerie and Maintenance Team!

A wonderful place to be at. Management, Maintenance and Housekeeping are very helpful. The residents are fantastic!

Lia was my point of contact when looking for an apartment for my mother in 2020. The walkthrough on FaceTime with my mom was amazing she loved everything about the property and Lia answered all of her questions. My mother and my aunt were very happy at The Traditions of Fort Mill until their recent move this month.

I have lived at Traditions for almost 1 year and cannot say enough good things. First of all, the staff is wonderful. They are friendly and very helpful. They keep us up to date with everything that is going on and the few changes that have occurred. When I have gone to the office I am greeted with a smile and any concern I have had was addressed and quickly taken care of if needed. Traditions is more of a community, than an apt complex. Everyone is so friendly and looks out for each other.... There are social events if you are interested, which really help you to get to know other residents. I cannot recommend Traditions enough, esp if you want no home owner responsibilities, any needed repairs are taken care of after a quick call, I may love that part the best. Lee mas

We had to evacuate from Western NC due to Hurricane Helene and it was a stressful time for us. The management staff was so helpful and caring in getting us signed in. Our apartment was spotless and we felt at home immediately. The support staff and residents were very friendly and helpful. We will recommend Traditions at Fort Mill to any of our family and friends.
