Tapestry at Hollingsworth Park Apartamentos

Excellent lifestyle at Tapestry!
Management is responsive and interested in needs of tenants.
Maintenance staff is efficient and prompt in filling requests.

Tapestry is a clean, quiet apartment community with a great location as it is centrally located within the Greenville area and is close to the Swamp Rabbit Trail extension via Legacy Park. The property is well managed with responsive leasing and maintenance teams, and the grounds are well kept. The community also feels very safe. One thing that did not meet my expectations was the quality of appliances and fittings. I have stayed in two apartments at Tapestry and while the first was very well... furnished with new / high-quality appliances and fittings, the second had a very low quality kitchen faucet, a bath tub that was not well supported underneath, and a laundry machine that didn't complete the spin cycle. This is not the quality of furnishings that I expected from a community of this caliber. Overall though it's one of the best apartment communities I've lived in and I would highly recommend. Lee mas

I've lived at The Tapestry since 2020, so I've seen quite a bit over the years — the good, the not-so-good, and everything in between. The management team has gone through quite a few changes, and with that have come both challenges and improvements. Like any community, there have been ups, downs, and all-arounds, but I’ve stuck with it because I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt, and I’ve seen the effort that’s gone into making this a better place to live.

There have been moments... where the experience has really shined — whether it was attentive staff, community events, or just the peaceful atmosphere. And while not every chapter has been perfect, I appreciate that there's a genuine desire to improve and grow.

Here’s hoping that The Tapestry continues on a path of positive momentum. I’m rooting for it and everyone who calls it home. Lee mas

We’ve been here a week and were welcomed with ants in the kitchen and den, a detached and broken dryer vent, shower that won’t drain, and valet has picked up our trash once. Maintenance has been working on emergency since we moved in, so they can’t come to fix anything - but our patience is appreciated…

We also had an old water filter when we moved in, but after filing a request, waiting, and then going to the front office a very nice employee came to fix at least that.

Hoping that this... will all be resolved and the next review will be much improved! Lee mas

Great location. Legacy Park and access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail are nearby.
Quiet community. Staff is attentive. And, now, NO smoking!! No reason to leave.
