Buildings Issues
The units have water damages from poor roofing contractors.
Rain water can be heard inside the walls, and wet tapping noises as well. Hopefully your unit doesnt have any water issues.
The project looks overall abandoned-note the overgrown 7ft tall weeds in the fields.
Parking lots flood into half of the garages as of writing this.
Spider infestation in the stairwells.
Other than that, the office staff are responsive and attentive to the tenants.
The Luxury community events are a nice touch... though.
Oh yes and a free month off promotion for new tenants is appreciated.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry you experienced maintenance issues, and we’re glad we were able to address your concern the same day it occurred. That week brought several heavy storms that hit the area hard, and flooding was... unfortunately prevalent throughout the community and beyond. Since then, we’ve added a new maintenance supervisor to the Parkway at 31 team to strengthen our response moving forward.
