The staff is excellent to work with. My house is just adorable!! It felt like home when I toured the model. Every question and concern has been dealt with in an extremely timely manner.

Very nice area. Very quite but not far from North Myrtle or Myrtle Beach. The staff is excellent in handling any maintenance issues as they arise. Office staff always is there to help

I liked that everything was set up and ready to go upon move in. (Internet/utilities) without the need to call and have to set up ourselves. The community is clean. It is new so that is nice, having brand new appliances including washer/dryer is a plus. Like any place has its pros and cons. We enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood. Cons are mostly related to noise and cigarette smells.
