Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month to ensure a wonderful stay. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. For same day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations. Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
