Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a violation resulting in a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $100 will be applied. No items should be dropped or thrown from the balcony. Mr. Vaporizer performs monthly preventative treatments in every unit to ensure a wonderful stay and to prevent taking home any unwanted guests. There are 6 pools, including 1 kiddie pool and the rest in the main building, 1 lazy river across the street, and 1 lap pool across the street, open from 10am to 11pm.
