ABODE Carolina Forest

I like living here. The townhomes are really nice, and the property is in a great spot off 501. Only thing I’d like to see improved is parking, more spaces would be helpful.The office gals are always willing to help with whatever I need. They looked busy when I went by the other day but one of the front desk ladies, Paige, still took time to talk to me about a concern I had and it felt nice to be heard by somebody in management instead of being brushed off like my last landlord would do. I love my new home and I definitely made the right choice to live here. I was considering a few other properties in the nearby area when I first started looking to move and when I stopped by Abode, Paige gave me a personalized, in depth tour of the community and available floor plans. After that, I compared every other property to Abode’s floor plans and touring experience. When nothing else checked all of the boxes for me like y’all did, I knew this is where I wanted to be. Nice community, good location in Carolina forest, screened in porches, quick maintenance when needed, functional entertainment spaces like the pool deck and grill area, friendly staff. Paige has helped us with questions we’ve had about payments, how to get into the pool deck, and insurance. Highly recommend this property
