Autumn Chase Apartment Community

I am always impressed with how clean and tidy the grounds are here at Autumn Chase. When I come to visit the area it is nice to see that they take pride in the exterior as much as the interior. I would definitely recommend it.

some of these reviews below just aren't truthful. probably someone that broke the rules and is upset.

apartments are clean. my bathroom was recently remodeled. My neighbor just moved out and they were in there the next day cleaning, painting, polishing the granite countertops (not all units have these).... it seems like they are really on top of things. I couldn't be happier with the staff, the apartment, the grounds. I was just sitting outside my apartment talking the ... maintenance guy.. they are all very friendly.

lets take care of a couple lies I read below. I hate reading reviews that I know to be lies...

parking: it is up to the tenants to report trespassers to the towing company. The staff ARE NOT involved with this. It is stated in an addendum to the lease. Tenants are to report anyone that is parked on the lot without a parking pass. guests get a tag from the tenant they are visiting to put in their windshield. Tenants have a permanent sticker. Charges for towing are not determined by the apartment complex. The towing company sets their own rates. Working at a local resort and in charge of having cars towed that were not guests I have worked with several towing companies locally.. its the same with all of them... And if you park where your supposed to and use the passes it shouldn't matter what they charge right ?!!
What a great security measure to make sure strangers aren't lurking around or using up the parking spots. Nothing is worse that coming home to a full lot, no where to park and strangers that don't live there are parked..... This prevents that from happening. Great job.

appliances left behind: I have not seen one single appliance sitting on the grounds. The grounds are very clean, well maintained, and free for debris an litter. I see the maintenance guy all the time doing general clean up and checks in between apartment cleans between tenants. heck the other day he was sweeping for cobwebs outside... Who does that ?.... people that care about their facility..... Great job!!

Noise: no more noise than living in a house and having neighbors. I rarely hear my neighbors at all. Walls are well insulated from sound. occasionally you hear a door slam or a dog bark... But that is no different than living in town and having people living around you... I guess whoever complained about noise must have come from a sound proof house or a padded room.

Autumn Chase is my new home and I couldn't be happier! Lauren and Jessica are great and I'm excited to be here. My apartment is spacious and was immaculate on move in day!

These are great apartments to rent with staff that ensures the safety and satisfaction of the residences. The property manager Lauren is helpful and quick to resolve any problems.

Autumn Chase is the worst complex to rent from in all of Horry County. The owner and property managers are unprofessional and rude. They don't care about maintenances issues and are unapproach about any matters. The complex has no amenities and the walls are super thin you hear everything your neighbors are doing. You cant have vistors over because they will tow theirs cars at the owners expense.
