Pine Crest Apartments

Stay away roach and bedbug infested. Moved in because I was in a bind and needed somewhere for my kids and they were doing a rent discount. They showed us a beautiful apartment that was newly remodeled and said our apartment will be identical. We paid our deposit and got the key. Apartment was filthy, told management and she blamed it on her cleaning people being men and "you know how men can be" her exact words. Nasty and unprofessional. I took before pics and pics after I got done cleaning... myself. Bathroom was full of mold and mold all over the window sils in every room just painted over. Even the ac smells like mold. We informed them of the bedbug issue as we didn't even move out things in yet and they weren't even surprised. If you tell them something is broken or takes months to fix. They don't pay the energy bills for each building so if your trying to use the laundry facilities good luck. Police always in the area because of gunshots throughout the night. They lie about tennis courts, playground and pool. Pool doesn't look like it's ever been open and other facilities are non existant. No playground or tennis court just empty lot. . I should've listened to reviews but I was in a situation with my son and...here I am. These apartments are beyond wrong in every way! There's STILL things I mentioned were messed up and when I mentioned something was wrong to the maintenance guy he said "but u moved in here just like everyone else". SO unprofessional! I am looking into finding the owner. Wish I could upload photos of how they left my fridge they were suppose to be fixing Friday while I was at work. I ended up having to throw out... EVERYTHING! I was planning on moving here and so I gave them my deposit and all up front 8days after they had cashed my money order but I hadn't even been approved yet I was told one price and they tried to force another on me and when I asked for my money back they have me the run around and said they just deposited money orders they don't know who they belonged to but they couldn't just have money laying around like that I gave them my deposit two months ago and kept being told nothing was available but... the website says that they are I have been trying to get a refund of my money for the past two weeks and nobody can tell me anything they do not know how to handle business and are very incompetent to this day I still have not heard anything about getting my money back they pretend as if they are working on it but it's been two weeks DO NOT GIVE THESE FOLKS YOUR MONEY another guy I know they have over a thousand dollars of his and he still hasn't gotten it bk they have so many peoples money and nobody has a place to stay and because they lost rent receipts they made my friend pay rent twice for one month she ha to take put a loan just to do that because they we're threatening to put her and her child put if sh didn't they are trying to go up on her tent and everybody else's thats out there they are crooks and do not know how to properly run a business they have had three different owners in two months it's a mess take your money elsewhere it's not worth it I can only imagine the stress on individuals who had to pay twice for one month and they are on a fixed income because my friend was not the only one Lee mas

I would advise anyone to live here . They are roach infested. I noticed roaches the day I moved in and asked for another apartment and it never happened !!!!! Please everyone do no give them your money they are crooks !

do not live here...roach infested..nothing gets fixed..i put a deposit and first month rent diwn on apartment ..the day i was supposed to move in i found out my apartment wasn't available...they rentedvitvto someone else......
