I really enjoy living here. The office staff is so friendly and helpful! The maintenance man get the job done well when you need something. It is quite around here.

I have lived here for 5 years and love the community. The location is great and you get 1/2 off at the Spartanburg Athletic Club located in the back of the property. The club has so much to offer I cancelled my gym membership to join after my free trail they give you. The ladies in the office are so helpful and fun. Maintenance staff are so good at getting things fixed if I need anything done.

Initially the complex was amazing. Friendly staff and quiet neighborhood. Until the summer time hit. My a/c went out. My children and I were without a/c for a whole week in almost 100 degree weather. Then my used to be quiet neighborhood became loud and unbearable. The final straw was when they passed out notices that rent was going up an extra $100 in the middle of my lease. I couldn't afford that with two babies so I decided to break my lease. When I initially moved in they told me to break a... lease you have to pay out the rest of your lease. Wrong! They charged me for an entire year instead of the 4 months I still had left. Needless to say I could afford that so they evicted me and now its on my credit. Lee mas
